(Company/SSM Registration No. 1677679-U), with its registered address at 10, Jalan BK9/2, Bandar Kinrara, 47180 Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia ("Langga", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
2. About Langga
Langga is a dental-grade, custom-fitted mouthguard engineered for contact sports. Fitted through Langga-certified dental clinics, every mouthguard is built to deliver elite-level fit, comfort, and protection for athletes who compete with intensity.
3. The Website Does Not Sell Products Directly
The Website is informational. We do not operate an online store, process payments, or sell mouthguards directly to visitors through the Website. To obtain a Langga mouthguard, you must visit one of our Langga-certified clinics listed on the Website, where a dentist will carry out an intraoral scan or impression-taking, and manage your fitting appointment. Any fees relating to consultation, scanning, or fitting are charged and collected by the clinic directly, under the clinic's own terms — not by Langga.
4. Not Medical or Dental Advice
Content on the Website (including descriptions of our mouthguards, sports protection information, and clinic listings) is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute dental, medical, or other professional advice. It is not a substitute for an in-person consultation, scan, diagnosis, or fitting carried out by a qualified, registered dentist. Always consult your dentist or physician regarding your individual dental and health needs before proceeding with a fitting.
5. Langga-Certified Clinics Are Independent
Langga-certified clinics are independently owned and operated dental practices. They are not our employees, agents, franchisees, or legal representatives, and we do not control, supervise, or direct their clinical judgment, treatment decisions, pricing, or patient management. The scan, diagnosis, fitting appointment, and any dental or medical advice or treatment you receive are the sole responsibility of the clinic and the treating dentist. Your contract — and any payment, deposit, cancellation, or refund arrangement for clinic services — is between you and the clinic, not with Langga. We take reasonable steps to certify clinics before listing them, but we do not guarantee the availability, conduct, pricing, or quality of service of any individual clinic, and we are not liable for any act or omission of a Langga-certified clinic or its staff.
6. Product Use, Performance, and Assumption of Risk
Langga mouthguards are designed to reduce the risk of certain dental and orofacial injuries during contact sports when properly fitted and used as intended. No mouthguard — including a Langga mouthguard — can eliminate the risk of injury, and its protective performance depends on correct fit, proper care, and appropriate use consistent with your clinic's instructions. Participation in contact sports carries an inherent risk of injury, and by using a Langga mouthguard you acknowledge and accept that risk.
7. Eligibility and Users Under 18
The Website and the fitting process may be used by minors under the supervision of, and with the consent of, a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review these Terms, consent to the scan and any related data collection on your behalf, and be involved in your clinic visit and fitting appointment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including the Langga name, logo, trademarks, text, graphics, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written consent.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Website to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit any harmful code, virus, or disruptive technology; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its underlying systems; (d) scrape, harvest, or misuse any content or data from the Website; or (e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
10. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites or social media pages of our certified clinics. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Langga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, your reliance on Website content, or your engagement with a Langga-certified clinic. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Malaysian law, including liability arising under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Langga harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
