About Us

Langga comes from the Malay word "langgar," to collide, to make contact. It's a word about consequence, that split second when force meets the body and your protection either holds up or it doesn't.
Our founder saw it happen firsthand. Years around competitive sports meant watching athletes come off the field with mouth injuries, again and again, all from generic, off-the-shelf mouthguards that were never fitted to them or made from materials too cheap to absorb real impact. That's not something you forget. A mouthguard that doesn't fit is just going through the motions.
That's why the team at Langga don't buy into the idea that protection can be one size fits all. A proper dental-grade mouthguard has to be made from materials that are safe and inert, and shaped precisely enough to actually stay put when things get physical.
So that's what Langga is built on. An accurate scan/impression of your teeth, done in a clinical setting, turned into something that holds its shape through hit after hit.
The logic is simple, even if the engineering isn't. You can't compete with full confidence if part of you is worried about getting hurt. Real protection is what lets you actually perform.
